Absolutely wonderful as to how our lifestyle choices have circled back a full 360 degree for all natural solutions and Nutribuck does the trick
I tested the bolster during a yoga session and find it quite firm for resting my back. The cotton fabric is reasonably soft extended use. One can always make a cover/put a towel in case of sweating
