The grip of the neoprene around the knee and its hold around the kneecap is highly comforting. The material works well with the contours of the leg

 

I found warmth levels to be reasonable though humid conditions push the moisture levels beyond comfort sometimes as it needs to cover a larger cover

 

It's a great support for the knee if high flexibility is not a priority
