How will I get my money refunded ?

+Common terms that apply to all refunds

Gift Card -

  • If you choose to avail a gift card for the refund amount, the transaction charges are not required to be deducted as there is no charge required to be paid to the payment partner. We just create a Gift Card and email it to you.

In all other cases of refund :

  • Money paid by credit/debit card will be reversed to the same card.
  • Similarly for Net Banking Payments the amount will be credited back to your account. And for PayTm payments the amount will be credited back to your PayTm wallet.
  • Money paid by Direct Bank Transfer or Banker's Cheque the amount will be refunded back via NEFT transfer to the account that it was paid from.

*If the refund is for a product with manufacturing defect, the entire amount will be refunded to your respective account / wallet / card.


**If the refund is for a product which is alright but returnable, the amount post deduction of shipping charge either one way or two way (as applicable) and transaction charges (as levied by the payment partner) will be refunded back to your respective account / wallet / card .


These transactions will be completed as per standard service times offered by the payment partners.

+In case the product is returnable, what is the
refund procedure?

In case the product page offers returns, the following still applies –

  • The product pictures need to be shared before accepting a return. The product and packaging should not be damaged, should be unused for any reason whatsoever and is rendered resaleable.
  • In case the product and packaging meet the required specifications, the refund will be processed within 3 -5 working days after receiving the product in our warehouse and the due assessment being done prior to adding it to back to our stocks.
  • Shipping charges paid to our courier partners for delivery and return will be deducted from the refundable value.
  • For items shipped via India Post/Speed Post, the return shipping will need to be managed by you.
  • Please note: If the product is still found damaged on delivery at our office in spite of the photographs shared prior to return request being processed [the condition of the photographed product is different than the one received], the amount will not be refunded. We will definitely ship the product back to you on payment of additional shipping costs.

+If there is a manufacturing defect, will I have
to pay for the shipping charges to get it returned?

No, in case there is a manufacturing defect detected within 24-48 hours of receiving the order; the product is returned and cancelled as per cancellation policy, the entire amount will be refunded to the account used for payment. There will be no deductions for shipping charge or payment gateway charges.

Please note that the amount will be reversed in the chosen form only after receiving the product so that the condition of the product may be determined.

In the case of replacement requested, the replacement product will be shipped only after receiving the original product. 

If the product has a defect which is anticipated to be present in replacement products too, only refund options will be offered.
